FORT WORTH, Texas, USA – 18 Aug 2005 -  Lubrication Engineers Inc (LE) is pleased to announce the launch of its latest Enhanced Lubricant™; 9822-9846 SYNOLEC® Gear Lubricant. This new specially formulated heavy-duty synthetic gear lubricant is made with 100% synthetic base fluid for excellent low & high temperature performance. It is primarily designed for use as a long life industrial gear oil providing “Clean Gear” performance while withstanding incredible loads & stress. LE’s 9822-9846 SYNOLEC® Gear Lubricant contains MONOLEC®, LE’s exclusive wear-reducing additive to reduce friction & increase oil film strength. It is primarily aimed at critical applications demanding superior gear oil such as: wind turbines, pulverizer gear boxes & all heavily loaded gearboxes requiring an extreme pressure (EP) gear oil.

SYNOLEC® Gear Lubricant is engineered with 100% synthetic base fluid to give excellent low & high temperature performance. This Green coloured Enhanced Lubricant™ will flow at exceptionally low temperatures to give the highest degree of protection during the coldest start ups. Along with its excellent low temperature characteristics, 9822-9846 has a very high load carrying capacity and is long lasting in service.  It also boasts low volatility, excellent oxidation stability and can be filtered to 3 microns without detrimental effect on performance.

“9822-9846 SYNOLEC is a fantastic addition to LE’s product range. It offers exceptional low temperature characteristics as well as a high load carrying capacity and long life. As another of LE’s Enhanced Lubricants™, it has a special blend of proprietary additives that provides outstanding performance in a class of its own. We are particularly excited as we believe that it is the ideal product for the critical gearboxes in wind turbines worldwide,” commented Jeff Turner, Vice President Lubrication Engineers Inc.

LE 9822-9846 SYNOLEC® Gear Lubricant offers:
